Marching Band Wins First Place in Rockville

The Manchester High School Marching Band is making noise — in the best way possible!  MHS won first place at a competition Saturday in Rockville in Division I. Caption awards included best music score and best visual score. This photo shows the pit percussion section just prior to their performance. Kneeling (from left) are Katie Hurd, Brianna Taveras and Devonte Burrell; while standing are Matt Duggan , Dan Libbey and AJ Lippo. The other photo shows  Assistant Drum Major Terrance Brown, Colorguard Captain Madelena Pattacini, and Drum Major Rachel Brewer.
